{ Guaranteed Bandwidth for ETS—Select a percentage of the interface bandwidth allocated to
FCoE and FIP frames. The greater the percentage value, the greater scheduling weight the
WRR queue has.
{ ACL Identifier—Enter the ACL numbers for matching FCoE and FIP frames. The ACL rules to
match FCoE and FIP frames are generated automatically by VFM.
{ Classifier Name—Enter the name of the classifier to which FCoE and FIP frames belong.
{ Behavior Name—Enter the name of the behavior for resetting the 802.1p priority of FCoE and
FIP frames. The actions for resetting the 802.1p priority are generated automatically by VFM.
{ QoS Policy Name—Enter the name of the QoS policy for associating the class with the
behavior.
{ WRR Queuing Type—Select the WRR queuing type from list. Options include byte-count and
weight. The byte-count option means allocating bandwidth to queues in terms of bytes. The
weight option means allocating bandwidth to queues based on weights.
3. Click OK.
Deploying DCBX parameters to CEE interfaces
Perform this task to deploy DCBX parameters to CEE interfaces on an FCoE switch.
If the operator has configured DCBX parameters separately for a CEE interface, the configured DCBX
parameters are deployed.
If the operator has not configured DCBX parameters separately for a CEE interface, the default interface
DCBX parameters are deployed.
To deploy DCBX parameters to CEE interfaces:
1. In the CEE interface list, select one or more CEE interfaces, and click Configure DCBX.
2. Select Deploy DCBX from the menu that appears.
VFM automatically synchronizes the FCoE switch while deploying DCBX parameters to CEE interfaces.
After DCBX parameters are deployed to a CEE interface, the DCBX column for the CEE interface is
displayed as . This indicates that interface DCBX parameters have been deployed and are
consistent in VFM and on the CEE interface.
Undeploying DCBX parameters from CEE interfaces
Perform this task to undeploy the DCBX parameters that have been deployed to CEE interfaces on an
FCoE switch.
To deploy DCBX parameters from CEE interfaces:
1. In the CEE interface list, select one or more CEE interfaces, and click Configure DCBX.
2. Select Undeploy DCBX from the menu that appears.
VFM automatically synchronizes the FCoE switch while undeploying DCBX parameters from CEE
interfaces.
After DCBX parameters are undeployed from a CEE interface, the DCBX column for the CEE interface is
displayed as . This indicates that interface DCBX parameters are not deployed and are
inconsistent in VFM and on the CEE interface.
Viewing VFC interfaces
1. In the FCoE switch list, click the link for the target switch.
2. Click the VFC Interface tab. The VFC interface list appears.
