5. Click Query.
The Client Historical Track list displays all client historical tracks matching the query criteria.
6. Click Reset to clear the query criteria, and display all client historical tracks.
Demonstrating client historical tracks
This function enables you to demonstrate dynamically the locations where a client has stayed on the
location view topology.
To demonstrate dynamically the client historical tracks for a client:
Method 1:
a. Click the Service tab.
b. From the navigation tree, select WLAN Manager > Locating Management.
The Locating Management page appears.
c. In the MU Locating area, click the Client Historical Track link.
The Client Historical Track page appears, displaying all locations the located clients have
stayed.
d. Click the Dynamic Display icon in the Client Historical Track column for the target client.
The location view topology appears, and the sampling point associated with the client is
highlighted on the topology.
e. On the toolbar, click the Dynamic Display icon to demonstrate dynamically the locations
where a client has stayed.
Method 2:
a. Click the Service tab.
b. From the navigation tree, select WLAN Manager > View Management > Location Views.
The Location List page appears.
c. Click the View Topology icon for the location view.
The location view topology page appears, displaying all sub-location views, fit APs, and fat
APs.
d. Right-click on a blank area, and, from the shortcut menu, select Locate.
e. In the Showing Clients Configuration dialog box that appears, query clients to be located by
username, account name, or MAC address.
f. Click Query. The list displays all clients matching the criteria.
g. Select clients to be located, and click OK.

-click the client icon, and, from the short-cut menu, select Dynamic Location Hist. Demo.
i. Click the Dynamic Display icon on the toolbar to demonstrate dynamically the locations
where the client has stayed.
Displaying the MU locating heat map
This function displays the locations of clients during a period in a locating region in a heat map.
To display the MU locating heat map:
1. Click the Service tab.
